It is important  to know how to choose a auto repair shop and a good technician. The best advise I can give is to ASK QUESTIONS.  When Choosing a Repair Shop<ul><li class="plain">Ask for recommendations from friends and coworkers</li><li class="plain">Check online google/facebook are good place to look, compare reviews.</li><li class="plain">Look to see if they have currant licences displayed</li><li class="plain">Look for shops that have received certificates like Automotive Service Excellence</li><li class="plain">Is the staff friendly</li><li class="plain">Ask about warranty</li></ul>  When Choosing a Technician<ul><li class="plain">Look to make sure they are certified</li><li class="plain">Speak with the technician, ask question. Do you feel comfortable. Is he interested in speaking with you </li><li class="plain">Ask if they have experience working on your type of vehicle</li></ul> When trying a repair shop for the first time make the appointment for something minor like an oil change

Wheel Alignment is often over looked until there is a serious problem. A wheel can be knocked out by hitting a curb, pot hole or an accident. Worn suspension or steering components can also lead to alignment problems. It is recommended that you have your vehicle aligned once a year, usually in the spring. Signs of an alignment problems are:<ul><li class="plain">Your car is pull to one side</li><li class="plain">Steering wheel is not centered when driving straight</li><li class="plain">Your tires are wearing rapidly or feather edged.</li></ul>
